In the FIFA World Cup, Norway came out with an impressive performance to beat 5-time world champions Brazil 2-1 and advance to the quarter-finals for the first time.
In the 79th minute of the second half of the round of 16 match played in New Jersey, Erling Holland welcomed his team by scoring the first goal, and in the last minute of the game, Erling Holland scored the second goal and played an important role in the team’s success.
It is worth noting that in the tenth minute of extra time, Neymar scored a penalty for Brazil but it was limited to reducing the deficit.
With the win, Norway reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup for the first time, while Brazil exited the event at such an early stage for the first time since 1990.
Erling Haaland scored twice in the match to take his tally to seven goals in the tournament, level with Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi in the race for the Golden Boot.
