In the round of 32 of the Wimbledon tennis tournament, Alexandra Ella of the Philippines won the first set against No. 3 defending champion Iga Schwatick of Poland.
Ella scored 11 points to 9 in the tiebreaker, while losing the second set to Iga Schwatke 6, 2 to exit the event.
In the men’s singles, Australia’s No. 5 seed Alex de Mainwar won 6, 2, 5, 7, 6, 2 and 6, 4 against American rival Zachary.
