Sources said that Babar Azam’s injury is not serious, he practiced hard during the training sessions.

During yesterday’s practice session, Babar Koba felt pain in his knee and after informing the team management, an MRI scan was done.

According to reports, Babar Azam has been rested for the first Test match due to security reasons.

Sources said that Babar Azam has not asked for rest but the team management has decided to rest Babar and he will be ready for the second test.

The second test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh teams will start from May 16 in Sylhet.
