According to Forbes, the lowest price for a ticket to the World Cup finals at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey reached $6,943, while the average price was $11,327, the highest for any event in American sports history.
According to the report, the price of a seat in section 115A of MetLife airport was recorded at 28 thousand and 479 dollars. Tickets for the 2024 Super Bowl were previously thought to be the most expensive sports tickets in US history with an average price of $9,411.
