The PCB says that the contracts awarded in each direction will not be disclosed, the number of players in the central contract and their distribution is a matter of choice.

Domestic cricket also has different conditions for centrally contracted players, contract players are required to play First Class, List A and T20 matches as per their track record.

According to sources, the players have been informed about the number of domestic matches to be played, the players will play up to 5 first division matches and 10 List A matches.

Although there is no international duty, the players are required to remain available for domestic cricket, players included in the central contract will be eligible to play all three formats.

Sources say that players from any discipline can be included in the squad if needed.
