In the third T20 played between India and England, the Indian team scored just 76 runs against England and thus the hosts England took two wickets in the five-match series.
In the third T20 match played in Nottingham, India won and elected to bowl, in reply to which the English batsmen scored 201 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
England opener Salt scored 70 runs off 44 balls with 7 fours and 3 sixes, while Sam Curran remained unbeaten on 41 runs.
On behalf of India, Harshit Rana and Prince Yadav dismissed 2 wickets each while Patel took the wickets most of the time.
In pursuit of the target, the Indian batsmen could not compete with the brilliant bowling of Josh Ting and Jofra Archer and the team was bowled out for just 76 runs in the 12th over, thus the English team won the match by 125 runs.
For England, Jofra Archer took 3 wickets, Josh Ting 4 wickets, Adil Rashid and Will Jack took 2 and 1 wicket respectively.
The first match between the two teams was played in rain, the second T20 was won by England by 4 wickets. The fourth match of the series will be played on July 9 and the final T20 on July 11, followed by a 3 ODI series.
