Former Afghanistan cricket team player Shiporzadran passed away due to cancer.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) expressed its deep sorrow and grief when it confirmed the death of Shahpoorzadran.
The ACB statement said Shippersadran was among Afghanistan’s first critical players.
38-year-old Shiporzadran had been suffering from cancer for some time.
According to ACB, the funeral of Shapoor Zadran will be announced later in consultation with the family members.
Shapoor Zadran was being treated at a local hospital in India and many Afghan players used to visit the Indian hospital to visit Shapoor Zadran.
Shapoor Zadran represented Afghanistan in 44 ODIs and 36 T20 Internationals.
