Report: Soheyl Imran. Pakistan white ball cricket team batting coach Hanif Malik’s duties are officially over with the home ODI series against Australia being his last assignment with the national team.
Hanif Malik resigned from his post after the T20 World Cup last year and was in a period of caution. His career ended with the conclusion of the final ODI series against Australia.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has advertised for the appointment of a new batting coach and now the Pakistan White Ball team has no contact for the next four months.
On the other hand, the head coach of Pakistan’s White Ball team, Mike Hesson, thanked Hanif Malik for his services.
“I will miss Hanif Malik’s smile and thank him for bringing his expertise, passion and excellent work style to the team,” said Mike Hessen.
The head coach said that Hanif Malik is a good coach and person, welcome to the future.
