The Board of Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced Shreyas Iyer as the new captain while taking over the captaincy of the T20 format from Surya Kumar Yadav.
The Indian Cricket Board has also announced the T20 squads for the tour of Ireland, the tour of England and the Asian Games.
It is worth mentioning that Shreyas Iyer will also lead the Indian team in the Asian Games in Japan.
