The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) immediately dropped Zimbabwean cricketer Blessing Mazarabani from the next two editions.
According to information, this decision was taken due to the violation of the agreement that will be made in the PSL.
The PCB says the decision was taken due to PSL’s failure to adhere to agreed commitments for the contract.
The PCB is of the opinion that the professional critique is based on the trust and reliability of the contracts, the buyer said the responsibility was ignored.
Once the basic terms, including compensation and structure, have been agreed upon in writing, adherence to them becomes a duty, so trying to avoid such commitments without good reason is a violation of the principles of conflict of interest and good faith.
The PCB says the moral framework will not be compromised while the two-year ban reflects the gravity of the violation.
The Zimbabwean cricketer had breached the contract with the PCB, against which legal action had been taken.
Despite agreeing to represent Islamabad United this season, the 29-year-old Mazarbani player had signed a contract with the Indian League.
It should be noted that last year, PCB had taken legal action against South African cricketer Corbin Bush for breach of contract.
