PSL 11: Peshawar Zalmi players win many awards

The eleventh edition of the Pakistan Super League has ended with all its glory.

The final of PSL 11 was played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, before which a grand closing ceremony was held and fireworks were also displayed.

Peshawar Zalmi won the title for the second time after defeating Hyderabad Kingsmen in the final.

Peshawar captain Zalmi Babar Azam scored 588 runs with the help of 2 centuries and became the most successful batsman of the tournament and Hanif Muhammad won the championship.

Sufyan Muqim from Peshawar Zalmi was the most successful with 22 goals and Fazal Mehmud also scored.

The young player of Peshawar, Zalmi Farhan Yusif, won the award for the best player.

The second most successful batsman of the tournament, Peshawar Zalmi Kaushal Mendis won the best defender award.

Islamabad United captain Shadab was adjudged the best overall player in the tournament.

Haneen Shah, who made a brilliant 6-run defense against Islamabad United in the last match of Eliminator 2, took Hyderabad Kingsmen to the final and was declared the best new player.

Besides this, Asif Yaqoob won the award for the best judge.
