Pakistan Super League team Quetta Gladiators Fast Bowler Jehandad Khan has been fined for violating the code of conduct.
According to a statement issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board, Jahandad Khan was found guilty of a first-degree offense during Friday night’s match against Rawalpindi at the National Bank Stadium and was fined 10 percent of his match fee.
According to the report, the player has violated Article 2.5 of the PSL’s Rules of Procedure, which includes words, behavior or actions likely to provoke an opposing player after the kick has been taken.
Jahandad Khan admitted the error by accepting the charge given by the on-field umpires Sharaf-ud-Daula and Imran Javed and also accepted the penalty given by the match referee Roshan Mahanama.
The incident happened when Saad Masood was dismissed by Jehandad Khan in the second ball of the 18th over after his conduct was reported against the code of conduct.
