In the 39th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11, Hyderabad Kingsmen defeated Rawalpindi by a huge margin of 103 runs to become the fourth team to qualify for the play-off stage, while with this result, the defending champions Lahore Qalandars were eliminated from the competition.
Defending champions Lahore Qalandars are out of the PSL XI playoff race, with Hyderabad Kingsmen becoming the fourth team to make it to the top four.
In the match played at National Stadium, Karachi, Hyderabad Kingsmen set a target of 245 runs to beat Rawalpindis.
Earlier, Rawalpindis won and decided to bowl against Hyderabad Kingsmen, Hyderabad Kingsmen scored 244 runs for 6 wickets, Hyderabad Kingsmen had to restrict Rawalpindis to less than 158 runs to reach playoff, which they chased for 136 runs.
