Report: Soheyl Imran. Members of Pakistan’s Test squad will gather in Islamabad today to prepare for the tour of West Indies and England.
Pakistan Test team players will start training from tomorrow and Pakistan Test team will leave for West Indies on July 13.
The Pakistan team will play a two-Test series in the West Indies and before the Test series, a four-day practice match will begin from July 18.
The first Test between Pakistan and West Indies will be played from July 25 and the second Test from August 2.
It should be noted that the PCB had announced the Test squad under the captaincy of Babar Azam on Sunday.
Pakistan’s 16-member squad includes captain Babar Azam, Shan Masood, Imam-ul-Haq, Azhan Oweys, Abdullah Fazal, Salman Ali Akha, Khazi Ghori and Muhammad Rizwan.
Apart from them, there are Sajid Khan, Ali Usman, Amir Jamal, Muhammad Ali, Muhammad Abbas, Obed Shah, Oweys Zafar and Khurram Shahzad.
Be aware that the Pakistan Test team will arrive in England after the West Indies for a series of three Test matches.
Test matches between Pakistan and England will be played from August 19, August 27 and September 9.
