Pakistan’s home season ends with a win, 6 out of 7 series to their name

The Pakistan Cricket Team ended the 2025-26 home season in impressive fashion with an ODI series win against Australia.

Pakistan hosted seven international series in their home season, winning six of them, while the two-Test series against South Africa was tied 1-1.

The 24 international matches played in Pakistan from 1 July 2025 to 4 June 2026 include two Tests, nine ODIs and 13 T20 Internationals.

In the T20 tri-series involving Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe, the national team played five matches and won four, while winning the title by beating Sri Lanka by 6 wickets in the final.

In the bilateral T20 series, Pakistan defeated South Africa 2-1 and Australia 3-0.

In Test cricket, the two-match series against reigning World Test champions South Africa was tied 1-1, however, Pakistan won the first Test played in Lahore by 93 runs.

In the ODI format, Pakistan defeated South Africa 2-1 in the three-match series in Faisalabad and won 3-0 against Sri Lanka in Rawalpindi.

The final ODI series of the season was played against Australia in Rawalpindi and Lahore, where Pakistan won 2–1 to win their third consecutive ODI series against Australia.
