Report: Soheyl Imran. The Pakistan Women’s squads for the tour of Sri Lanka have been announced, the squads for the ODI and T20 series will consist of 15 players and 15 players respectively.
Fatima Sana will continue to lead the Pakistan Women’s team in the ODI series, in her absence Muniba Ali will lead the T20 series, Fatima Sana will join The Hundred in England after the conclusion of the ODI series.
8 changes have been made in the T20 team participating in the ICCT20 World Cup, Iman Nasir, Hemna Bilal, Mahim Anies, Momina Reshta, Naciha Elvi, Shawal Zulfaqar, Umm Hani and Wahide Akhtar have been included in the team.
Iman Naseer, Mahim Anees and Momina Rashtat will make their T20 debut.
The ODIs are part of the ICC Women’s Championship and will be played on July 23, 25 and 28. Mahim Anees and Saira Jabeen did not make their ODI debuts in the team.
Pakistan’s ODI squad consists of captain Fatima Sana, Ayesha Zafar, Gul Feroza, Mahim Anees and Momina Rashta, Muniba Ali, Naciha Alvi, Nashera Sindhu, Sadaf Shams, Saira Jabeen and Sudra Amin along with Syeda Aroob Shah, Tasmia Rabab, Umm Hani and Wahehe.
Pakistan T20 team consists of captain Muniba Ali, Ayesha Zafar, Iman Nasir, Iman Fatima, Hamna Bilal, Mahim Anees, Momina Rashta, Naciha Alvi, Nashera Sindhu, Saira Jabeen and Shawwal Zulfiqar.
The Pakistan Sri Lanka ODI and T20 series will be played from July 23 to August 4.
