Pakistan will start playing their 1000th ODI series against Australia on Saturday.
The three-match ODI series between Pakistan and Australia will begin tomorrow in Rawalpindi. The first ODI match will be played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, while the second and third matches will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
In the series, Pakistan will play their 1000th ODI match. Pakistan playing 1000th ODI is a special moment for us, the captain said.
He added that the team’s confidence is high after the victory in the last two ODI series with Australia, the support of the fans in Rawalpindi and Lahore is always encouraging for the players.

111 ODI matches have been played between Pakistan and Australia so far. Pakistan won the last two ODI series against Australia two to one.
For the first time, PCB will telecast live matches in Pakistan through PCB Live. Fans will also be able to watch the match live on PTV Sports in Pakistan. All matches will start at 16:30 Pakistan time.
