Report: Soheyl Imran. Pakistan Women’s Football Team will not participate in the Saf Women’s Championship to be held in India.
The SAFF Women’s Championship will be played from May 25 to June 6 in Goa, India where the fixtures for the SAFF Women’s Football Championship have been announced.
Group A includes Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan while Group B includes defending champions Bangladesh, India and team Maldives.
The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) had sought permission for the event to be held in India, the participation of the Pakistan Women’s Football Team was subject to government approval.
