On the last day of the first Test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh at the Sher Bangla Stadium, Bangladesh scored 267 runs for 9 outs and declared the match.
Bangladesh started the day at 152 for 3 in their second innings today with skipper Najamul Hasan Shinto on 58 and Mushfiqur Rahim on 16.
Mushfiqur Rahim scored 22 runs and was the victim of Hasan Ali and Laton Das scored 11 runs and was caught by Hasan Ali from Shaheen Afrini.
Mehdi Hasen Miraz scored 24 runs and gave a wicket to Numan Ali, and Tej Salam, after scoring 3 runs, could not understand Numan Ali’s ball and fell to the bowler.
Bangladesh scored 413 runs in their first innings, in reply Pakistan managed to score 386 runs and lost by 27 runs. The host team scored 240 runs in their second innings.
In the first match against Bangladesh, Muhammad Abbas dismissed 5 players, Shaheen Afridi took 3 wickets and Hassan Ali including Numan Ali took one wicket, in the second match Hassan Ali and Numan Ali took 3 and 3 wickets and Shaheen Afridi took 2 wickets and Muhammad Abbas took one wicket.
On the other hand, Pakistan spinner Nauman Ali completed his 100 wickets in international tests against Bangladesh at the Sher Bangla Stadium in Dhaka and Azan Owais and Abdullah Fazal became the third Pakistani pair to make a century partnership in the first matches against Bangladesh.
