Bangladesh fast bowler Naheed Rana has been dismissed and given a demerit point for violating the code of conduct during Bangladesh’s ODI series against Australia.

According to the statement issued by the ICC, Nahid Rana violated the first level of the code of conduct in the match against Australia.

The statement said Naheed Rana used offensive language and foul language after dismissing Josh Ingles. Nahid Rana admitted his mistake.

It is worth mentioning that in the first ODI match, Bangladesh easily defeated Australia by 86 runs using the Duckworth-Louis method.
