In the 34th match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Rawalpindi broke the losing streak and got the first win against Islamabad United.

In the match played at National Stadium Karachi, Rawalpindi won the toss and invited Islamabad United to bat first.

Islamabad United were bowled out after scoring 137 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Devon Conway scored 40, Chris Green 29 and Mark Champion 23 runs.

On behalf of Rawalpindis, Muhammad Amir, Dan Forrester and Saad Masood scored 2, 2, Asif Afridi, Naseem Shah and Daryl Mitchell each scored a goal.

Rawalpindi achieved the target of 138 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 18.1 overs and won by 6 wickets.

On behalf of Rawalpindi, captain Muhammad Rizwan scored 45 runs, Daryl Mitchell scored 32 runs and Diane Forster scored 13 runs.

It is worth mentioning that the Rawalpindi team, which recently joined the PSL, has not won a single victory so far and the Islamabad United team is in the third position with 9 points.
