Report: Soheyl Imran. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi along with Saudi Arabia Cricket Federation President Prince Saud bin Mishel Al Saud visited the cricket stadium at King Fahd Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi reviewed various parts of the stadium, inspected the enclosures and discussed the proposed changes in detail.
PCB President Mohsin Naqvi was given detailed information about the stadium.
Mohsin Naqvi said that this stadium will be very helpful in promoting cricket in Saudi Arabia and soon international events will be held here.
The PCB Chairman said that it is a great honor for the Pakistan Cricket Board to be a part of the cricket’s amazing journey in Saudi Arabia.
The Chairman of the PCB appreciated the cooperation of the President of the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation Prince Saud bin Mishel Al Saud and thanked him.
It is worth mentioning that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the PCB and the Saudi Arabian Cricket Federation for the development of cricket and infrastructure, and as part of this agreement, an international standard cricket stadium will be built in Jeddah.
According to the MoU, the two organizations will collaborate in various areas of developing cricket infrastructure, operational standards, capacity building and promotion of the game.
