Mira Andreeva from Russia won the French Open tennis women’s title. She easily defeated Maya Cholinska of Poland in the final. She is the youngest female player to win the French Open tennis championship after 36 years.
In the second Grand Slam tournament of the year in Paris on Saturday, the women’s singles final between Russia’s Mira Andreeva and Poland’s Maya Cholinska was a one-sided affair.
The Russian player did not let his opponent escape, he won the first set in 3 games and won 3-6. He played even better in the second set and lost only 2 games and won both the set and the final with a score of 2-6.
19-year-old Andreeva became the youngest player to win the French Open women’s championship in 36 years.
