Former England cricketers Alex Hartley and Kate Cross criticized the ICC and said that the ICC has taken advantage of India in the Women’s World Cup schedule.
Kate Gross said India was guaranteed to play the first semi-final while the ICC said it was due to broadcast and time zone considerations.
Alex Hartley said India were guaranteed to play the semi-finals in the Women’s T20 World Cup as well.
Kate Cross says when India plays everything is predetermined, it is not surprising that the governing body would prefer a team.
