FIFA President Gianni Infantino stated in his last statement that the Iranian team will definitely participate in the tournament.
On the other hand, the Iranian embassy strongly criticized this proposal and called it “moral bankruptcy” of America.
According to reports, Zampoli had put this idea in front of the American president, but the Italian authorities also called it inappropriate.
