The 2026 FIFA World Cup has reached its final stage and after the completion of all four quarter finals, the semi final series has been completed. Only four teams now remain in the title race, including France, Spain, defending champions Argentina and England.
There is a 3-day break for the next round of the World Cup, during which the semi-final teams will finish their preparations. Now the eyes of the fans are on the question whether Argentina will be able to successfully defend their world title or whether a new team will lift the trophy.
The first leg of the semifinal will be played between three-time world champions France and 2010 world champions Spain at the Dallas Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The match will start on Tuesday, July 14 at 14:00 US time and on Wednesday, July 15 at 12:00 Pakistan time.
The second semi-final match between the defending champion Argentina and the 1966 world champion England will be played in the American city of Atlanta. The match will start on Wednesday July 15 at 15:00 US time and on Thursday July 16 at 12:00 Pakistan time.
The winners of the two semi-finals will compete for the title in the final in East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States of America. The World Cup Final will be played on Sunday, July 19 at 3:00 PM US time.
The third place match between the two semi-final losers will be played in Miami. The match will be held on Saturday, July 18 at 17:00 US time and on Sunday, July 19 at 14:00 Pakistan time.
The eyes of football fans around the world are now on these four strong teams, where in the next few days it will be decided whether defending champions Argentina will retain the 2026 FIFA World Cup trophy or one of France, Spain and England will make new history.
