According to Australian media reports, Mitchell Marsh is suffering from leg injury and fatigue, putting his availability for the ODI series against Pakistan in question.
Reports said that he was affected by injuries and physical fatigue during the Indian IPL league.
Josh Ingles is likely to lead the Australian team in the ODI series in the absence of Mitchell Marsh, according to the Australian report.
Meanwhile, in the absence of Mitchell Marsh, young player Ole Peck is also expected to make his international debut.
According to reports, Pat Cummins and Travis Head are busy with the IPL, with Josh Ingles a strong candidate for the captaincy.
It is worth mentioning that the first match of the 3-match ODI series between Pakistan and Australia will be played on May 30 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, while the remaining two matches will be played on June 2 and 4 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
