Report: Soheyl Imran. According to the British media, the Pakistan Cricket team will play a test match against England in May next year, which is considered as part of the preparations of the host team before the Ashes series.
Reports say that the proposed Test match between Pakistan and England has been scheduled at a time when the Indian Premier League (IPL) is also underway, with many England players quitting Test cricket because of the IPL.
According to the British media, Pakistan is scheduled to visit England for the White Ball series in 2027 and one England Test match slot was vacant before the Ashes series.
The British report said that the FTP of the England team is scheduled to coincide with the Olympics during which a test series between England and the West Indies is scheduled.
According to reports, a three-Test series between West Indies and England is scheduled for Summer 2028, with the Olympic Games being held from July 14 to July 30.
Other reports have suggested that England’s best all-format players are likely to miss the home Test series because of the Olympics.
