The Appeals Committee of the International Football Federation FIFA rejected Belgium’s appeal against the decision to revoke the red card given to the American football player Folarin Belagan.
The FIFA Appeals Committee rejected the appeal of the Royal Belgian Football Association as inadmissible.
According to FIFA, the Belgian Football Association is not a party to the case and therefore cannot appeal.
Belgium rejected the appeal against the decision to suspend the detention of Folarin Belagun.
The FIFA Disciplinary Committee suspended Folarin Belagan for a match red card for one year.
Neil Eggleston, the American chairman of FIFA’s appeals committee, played no role in the decision.
