Pakistan cricket team suffered a major blow before the first test match against Bangladesh, star batsman Babar Azam was ruled out of the first test match due to injury.
According to the announcement made by the Pakistan Cricket Board, Babar Azam will not be able to play the first Test match against Bangladesh due to pain in his left knee. His injury continues to be evaluated by the team’s medical panel.
PCB says further updates on Babar Azam’s fitness will be released in due course.
The absence of Babar Azam is considered a big loss for the Pakistan team as he is one of the most important players in the team. Cricket fans are also praying for the speedy recovery of the national team star.
It is worth mentioning that the first test between Pakistan and Bangladesh starts tomorrow at 09.00 in Mirpur Dhaka.
