Today, Babar Azam equaled the record for most T20 century partnerships while playing for Pakistan Super League team Peshawar Zalmi.
Babar Azam of Peshawar Zalmi scored a century partnership with Kushal Mendis in the match against Lahore Qalandars at the National Stadium in Karachi.
It should be noted that this is the 46th contribution of Babar Azam’s T20 career. Babar Azam equaled Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle’s record for most partnerships.
West Indies’ Chris Gayle’s 455 and Vira Kohli’s 46th century partnership in 400 T20s while Babar Azam crossed the 46th century partnership mark in 339 innings.
