Australian attacking player Tim David has been in trouble for violating the code of conduct.
According to Indian media reports, Tim David has been fined 25% of his match fee and one demerit point for breaching Level 1 of the Indian Premier League Code of Conduct.
The incident took place on April 12 during a match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium.
Tim David was charged with violating Article 2.4, which deals with ignoring a judge’s order.
The first infringement occurred in the 18th when Tim checked the ball instead of giving it to the referee immediately after the ball was moved.

The second violation came at the end when he again failed to follow a judge’s order, resulting in two incidents of misconduct.
Tim David pleaded guilty and accepted the penalty awarded by the match referee.
On the other hand, Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya was penalized for the low rate of fine.
