Report: Feyzan Lakhani. Pakistan has made a great start in the ongoing Asian Jujitsu Championship in Kazakhstan.
Pakistan won 2 gold medals and 2 silver medals in the U-16 category and Pakistan became the “Best Asian U-16 Team”.
On behalf of Pakistan, Zunira Zulfikar and Sundus Ali won gold medals in duo show, while Abdul Rehman and Amna Irfan won silver medals in under-16 duo show.
It is worth mentioning that athletes from 25 countries are participating in the Asian Jujitsu Championship and Pakistan became the Asian champion in the Devo show system under 16 years of age.
Jujitsu Federation Secretary Tariq Ali says that the young athletes have shown world-class preparation.
