Report: Sayyid Yehya Hosseini. The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) paid a total of $4.5 million to the players of the national hockey team.
Each player of the national hockey team was paid 22 million dollars and for the Pro League 7 million and 15 thousand was given by the Prime Minister for the passage of the World Cup.
According to PHF president Mohiuddin Wani, this is the first time that money has been paid in advance before going to an event, as a daily allowance for pro-league players.
He said that $110 as daily allowance has been given to the players and we are looking into the affairs of the Pakistan Hockey Federation as per the Prime Minister’s instructions.
He hoped that the national hockey team would make Pakistan famous by performing well in the Pro League.
