In the PCB budget, 1100 million rupees have been allocated for the salaries and match fees of the players. This year, bids will be given to 45 players in 5 categories.
Category AB match fee (Test and ODI) will be Rs 15 lakh, ODI Rs 7.5 lakh and T20 Rs 5 lakh. 5 lakh has been fixed, the test fee for Category C (T20 International) will be Rs 7 lakh while for ODI and T20 it will be Rs 5.5 lakh.
So far all 30 contracted players have 1257795 in Tests, 644620 in ODIs and 418584 in T20Is. There has been no change in the men’s center contract, there will be a total of 175 players in 4 categories, 30 first category players will get three and a half rupees per month, 55 second category players will get two and a half rupees, and 55 third category cricketers will get one and a half thousand rupees, for the category 35 thousand 100 thousand and a half.
The match fee of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy players has been increased from Rs 30,000 to Rs 1 lakh, reserve cricketers will get Rs 50,000 per match instead of Rs 15,000. There has been no change in the women’s domestic central contract, 20 gold players will receive 55 thousand rupees and 50 silver players will receive 40 thousand rupees. Senior women and U-19 match fee will be increased, ODI fee will be Rs 150,000 instead.
The PCB has also decided to organize 2 new tournaments in women’s domestic cricket, Super 3 ODI and Super 3 T20, both of which will pay Rs 70.57 crore and Rs 59.13 crore respectively.
