Report: Soheyl Imran. Pakistan’s second best Yasir Sultan has been deprived of the standard javelin and has to practice without the international standard javelin.
Yasir Sultan spoke about the training at the Punjab Stadium in Lahore and said that I made the javelin locally, I used to borrow the javelin from Ershad Nadeem and used to watch it, but today Ershad Nadeem and I are training at the same time.
Yasir Sultan says that he asked the federation for the javelin, then the federation wrote a letter to the Pakistan Sports Authority for the javelin. I hope that I will get good quality and my preparation will improve.
“The Commonwealth Games is a big event for me to be excited about. It will be an honor to compete with Arshad Nadeem on such a big platform,” he said.
He said the presence of Arshad Nadeem would provide support and there was also pressure to get on well with the new coach.
