Report: Soheyl Imran. The PCB Board of Directors met under the chairmanship of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman and approved the increase in the match fee for the players and the format and mode of payment of the new central contract.
Sources say in this regard, those who play Test cricket will get 15 thousand dollars as match fee and those who play ODI will get 6.5 thousand per match and T20 players will get 4.5 thousand dollars per match.
According to sources, categories A and B will comprise of ODI and Test cricketers, Test players placed in category A will get Rs 15 lakh per match fee and ODI players placed in category A will get Rs 7.5 lakh per match. Similarly, T20 players who are placed in category A will get a match fee of Rs 6.5 lakh.
Sources say that the ODI-category player will get Rs 7.5 lakh and the T20 player will get Rs 5 lakh.
According to the sources, the players in category C will play only T20, where the match fee will be 5 thousand kuris.
