Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) appointed Adeel Rizki as Technical Director.
Adeel Rizki will be the new technical director of the federation from July 1, 2026.
Previously, he was the coach of the Pakistan Women’s National Team, and recently worked as an assistant to Mr. Nolberto Solano in the coaching staff of the Pakistan Men’s National Team, where Pakistan achieved a historic victory in the Diamond Jubilee International Football Tournament held in the Maldives.
Rizki holds a UEFA A license and will become PFF’s first Technical Director after 2019. In his new role, he will lead the national football technical development program in Pakistan and develop a long-term strategy for all fields of the game, including grassroots, women’s football, coach training and youth football, to drive these areas under an integrated development system.
He will also provide advice to the PFF Executive Committee on technical matters and coaching matters.
President of the Kurdistan Region Seyid Mohsin Gilani said: “Technical development is one of the most important parts of football for any football federation and the technical manager plays a very important role in setting the rules and managing the football development program in the country.”
“With the appointment of Adeel, we are entering a new phase of football development in the country and I hope that we will make effective progress towards achieving our desired goals.”
Mohsin Geelani also said, “Mr. Rizki, who is currently also a member of the PFF Congress, will resign from his Congress duties after receiving the position of Technical Director.”
