The funeral prayer of Qamar Ahmed will be held today after the Maghrib prayer at the Baitsul-Salam Mosque of Phase 4 of DHA.
Qamar Ahmed is one of the first cricket journalists of Pakistan. He has also covered over 400 Test matches and over 600 One Day International and ICC events around the world.
Qamar Ahmed was born on October 23, 1937 in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. He also played 17 first-class cricket matches.
