3rd ODI: Bangladesh lost by 1 wicket after a thrilling match against Australia

In the third and final ODI of the ODI series, Australia saved themselves from the whitewash by defeating Bangladesh by 1 wicket.

In the match played in Mirpura, Australia, he scored 275 runs in 50 overs on the last wicket.

Cooper Connolly stood out for the Kangaroos by playing an impressive 149 runs. Marnes Labuchin 29, Oliver Pike 27, Cameron Green 27, captain Josh Ingles 21, Alex Carey 8, Ben Duwarshuis 4, Xavier Bartlett 0 and Matt Renshaw 0 were all dismissed.

Adam Zampa and Riley Meredith were 4 and 2 respectively.

On behalf of Bangladesh, Sharif Islam dismissed 6 players and Mehdi Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman and Tasin Ahmed took 1 wicket each.

Earlier, Bangladesh scored 274 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted innings.

Tawheed Hardoy scored 83 runs for Bangladesh. Liton Das and Mossadegh Hussain returned to the pavilion after scoring 58 and 56 respectively.

Captain Najamul Hasan Shanto 24, Tanzeed Hasan 19, Mehdi Hasan 3 and Soumya Sarkar 2 runs.

Matt Renshaw and Xavier Bartlett took 2 wickets each for Australia. Ben Duershuis beat 1 player.
