The announcement of the Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) regarding participation in the Asian Games has upset the players.
The federation told the players that if they want to participate in the Asian Games, they have to bear their own expenses.
The federation has revealed the team trials for the Asian Games that were not given TADA for the athletes.
The federation asked the athletes who were selected for the Asian games to pay their own expenses and made an official statement about it.
The Pakistan team’s trials for the Asian Games in Lahore continue, tomorrow is the last day of the 2-day trials.
The PTTF said that the Pakistan Sports Authority does not support or endorse other matters, including air tickets for the Asian Games.
The federation stated that selected officials and athletes will receive $50 per day for the cost of tickets, boarding and lodging expenses.
