Report: Soheyl Imran. Former Australian all-rounder Aaron Finch has expressed his delight at the participation of Pakistani players in the Big Bash League (BBL) and termed them global stars.
Aaron Finch says Pakistani players are not only Pakistani but global stars and it is very important for our game because they are great players.
He said that the Australian cricketers will be able to learn a lot from the Pakistani players as well as the fans, so it is very important to have international players.
“I played Babar Azam in Pakistan and it was impossible to get him out. He has been out of form for 18 months but he is the best cricketer in the world,” said the former Australian all-rounder.
It should be noted that BBL starts from December 14, with Shadab Khan representing Sydney Thunder while Babar Azam will be in action for Sydney Sixers and Shaheen Afridi will represent Brisbane Heat.
Fast bowler Hasan Ali will play for Elite Strikers while wicketkeeper-batsman Muhammad Rizwan will represent Melbourne Renegades and Haris Rauf will play for Melbourne Stars.
