The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that young left-arm batsman Muaz Sadaqat will be out of cricket for at least two weeks after a successful appendectomy at a local hospital in Lahore.
According to the PCB, Moaz Sadaqat has also been ruled out of the ongoing 2025-26 National T20 Cup final match at the Gaddafi Stadium for this reason.
The PCB says that contemporary Muaz Sadaqat participated in the training session with the Abbottabad team on Saturday night, where he participated as a substitute for Fakhar Zaman, but on Sunday morning he complained of severe lower abdominal pain.
According to the PCB’s statement, after the medical examination and examination, the doctors recommended an urgent surgery after consulting the PCB’s medical team, and after that, Muaz Sedeqat’s condition is now good and the PCB’s medical teams are monitoring him.
It must be remembered that Moaz Sadaqat recently also opened against Australia in the ODI series.
