A big blow to the Pakistan hockey team ahead of the Pro Hockey League, two important players have left

Report: Soheyl Imran. Ahead of the Pro Hockey League, the Pakistan Hockey Team suffered a major setback as two key players of the national team, forward Hanan Shahid and defender Sufyan Khan, pulled out of the event due to injuries.

The head coach of the national team Manzoorul Hasan Sr confirmed the injuries of the two players and said that Hanan Shahid was injured in his leg and Sufyan Khan in his knee.

According to Manzoorul Hasan Sr., Abdul Manan and Basharat Ali have joined the national team in place of the two players who did not make it out of the game.

He said that these two players were already among the mentioned players and hence they were selected as substitutes.

Pakistan has to play matches against Belgium and Spain in Pro Hockey League and after Belgium Pakistan has to play Pro Hockey League in England.

The Pakistan Hockey team will arrive in Karachi from Lahore on the evening of June 9 and will leave for Belgium on June 10.
