Japan: Pakistan’s U-18 team reached the semi-finals after defeating Bangladesh in the group stage of the Hockey Asia Cup.
Pakistan U-18 hockey team defeated Bangladesh 5-2 in the final match of Pool B.
On behalf of Pakistan, Abdullah Awan scored 2 goals, Haider Essam, Muhammad Yahya and Adil each scored a goal.
Pakistan team will play in the semi-final on Sunday and in the semi-final Pakistan will face either Japan or India.
It is worth mentioning that the semi-final between Pakistan and India is likely to be played on June 5.
