The most famous and loyal supporter of Pakistan Cricket Team ‘Chacha Cricket’ has announced his retirement this year.
77-year-old Abdul Jalil, popularly known as Chacha Cricket, will sit in the stadium for the last time in his country to watch the third ODI between Pakistan and Australia on June 4 in Lahore.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) paid tribute to Chacha Cricket in a beautiful way.
In the caption of the post made by PCB, Chacha Cricket was presented as a symbol of support for Pakistan Cricket rather than a fan.
PCB thanked Chacha Cricket for his lifelong passion, memory and dedication.

It may be recalled that Chacha Cricket first saw a test match against England in 1968-69 at the stadium in Lahore.
He later rose to fame as a staunch supporter of the Pakistan team at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
The green jerseys became his signature when he gained international fame after supporting the Pakistan team in the 1999 World Cup in England.
Abdul Jalil says he now wants to build a restaurant and museum near Sialkot to preserve his critical memories.
He said that he has completed the goal of motivating the team in 500 matches for Pakistan.
Chacha Cricket has witnessed many historic victories for Pakistan, including Javed Miandad’s six-run innings in 1986 and the 2017 Champions Trophy final.
However, he was also disappointed with the poor performance of the national team in recent years, but still hopes that the Pakistan team will be on the road to success again.
