Report: Soheyl Imran. The final consultation on the selection of the national team for the ODI series between Pakistan and Australia starting later this month has entered the final stage.

Sources say that there are likely to be many changes in the ODI squad to play against Bangladesh while Babar Azam is likely to join the ODI squad with Australia.

According to the sources, there is a possibility that Fakhr Zeman, Sufyan Muqim and Hanin Shah will join, but it is difficult to keep the place of Fahim Ashraf and Hussain Talat, but discussions about Muhammad Rizwan are ongoing.

The Australian cricket team arrives in Islamabad on May 23, while the Pakistan team will begin training in Rawalpindi from May 22 and sources say they will also play a practice match.

The ODI series between Pakistan and Australia will be played from May 30 to June 4 in Rawalpindi and Lahore.
