Pakistan women’s football team participated in the FIFA series for the first time.
According to the announcement made on the website of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), FIFA approved the participation of the Pakistan Women’s Football Team in the FIFA series.
The PFF statement said that the inclusion in the FIFA series is an acknowledgment of the great progress of women’s football in Pakistan, and the beginning of a new era.

It should be noted that the FIFA 2026 series will be played in March and April. The FIFA Women’s Series will begin in Brazil, Ivory Coast and Thailand.
All groups for the FIFA Women’s World Cup are expected to be announced in early 2026.
