Former Test cricketer Faisal Iqbal’s post created a storm of speculation on social media.
According to reports, the first test match between Pakistan and Bangladesh started yesterday in Mirpur, but unexpectedly, Babar Azam was not included in the eleven matches.
Two days before the start of the match, there were reports that Bangladesh would replace the spin shot with an auxiliary green shot for the seam bowlers, and in such a situation, many questions arose about who would and who would not eat in the Pakistan team.
Then a day before the start of the match i.e. on Wednesday, the news came out that Babar Azam was out of the first test match due to injury.
Pakistan entered the field with three fast bowlers and two debutant batsmen in this match.
Now former test player Faisal Iqbal has raised fresh questions by issuing a statement without naming Babar Azam.
Faisal Iqbal said that “During my playing days for Pakistan team, I saw a lot of running backs who faked an injury to avoid injury to their midsection and sat down while playing football.”
He continued: “Then I was seeded to fail on the green field, but the honor and shame is in the hands of God and the performance is in front of everyone’s eyes.
His post on social media is linked to the news of Babar Azam’s injury.
