Pakistan’s ODI team captain Shaheen Shah Afridi says that our aim is to reach the final of the Test Championship.
In a press conference in Dhaka before the start of the Test series against Bangladesh, Shaheen Shah Afridi said that it is not easy to open the Test series after a long break.
He said he is ready for this Test series after forgetting the past and looking forward to the challenge. Our aim is to reach the final of the ICC Test Championship.
Şahin Afrini said that the wicket will be the same, he will try to show the best performance. Mohammed Abbas and Khurram Shahzad will be very helpful on the green wicket.
When asked about the head coach, he said that we started playing cricket under his leadership, he knows well which player to use when and how.
Shaheen Afridi said that Bangladesh has a great bowling coach like Sean Tait and the form of Bangladesh bowlers is also good but hopefully they will not perform well against us.
He also said that we are not satisfied with our performance in Test cricket. We need to focus more on Test cricket.
